1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the ak555 platform available at ak555.club (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by ak555 from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ak555 Platform. Continued use of ak555 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of ak555 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at all times:

3 Account Registration

To access most features of ak555, including betting and casino gameplay, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to ak555 account registration and maintenance:

• You may register only one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ak555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

• Accounts registered with a Pakistani mobile number are subject to mobile verification as part of the registration and password-reset process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ak555 processes deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, selected bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, and Skrill. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on ak555:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa; Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods. Minimum amounts may vary and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposit speed: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly upon MPIN confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may require 15–60 minutes processing time.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the selected payment method. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours during business days.
• Withdrawal verification: ak555 may require identity or payment method verification before processing withdrawals. Funds may be held pending verification without constituting a breach of these Terms by ak555.
• Currency: All balances on ak555 are maintained in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• ak555 reserves the right to reverse deposits or withhold withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected pending investigation.

5 Betting & Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the ak555 sportsbook and all wagers made in the ak555 casino are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ak555 does not accept requests to void confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly permitted under the specific market rules (e.g., event cancellation, rule 4 deductions in horse racing).
• ak555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to palpable errors in odds — i.e., odds clearly set in error that bear no reasonable relationship to the true probability of an outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary. Limits for high-value or in-play markets are set at ak555's sole discretion and may be reduced without notice for individual accounts.
• Live in-play betting odds and availability are subject to change without notice and ak555 accepts no liability for delays between odds changes and bet acceptance in live markets.
• Winnings from casino games and sportsbook bets are credited to your ak555 PKR balance immediately upon round or event settlement.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ak555 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following terms apply to all ak555 bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion on ak555 is governed by its own specific terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms for the purpose of the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds on ak555 are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• ak555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are not contractual entitlements and may be changed at ak555's discretion.
• Multiple accounts or coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus, systematic low-risk hedging to meet wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account termination.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users of ak555 must not engage in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one ak555 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Using ak555 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Accessing ak555 through automated bots, scripts, or other software not authorised by ak555;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games on the ak555 Platform;
• Attempting to access ak555 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, using VPNs or other tools to mask your actual location;
• Abusing promotional offers as described in Section 6 above;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses ak555 support staff or other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ak555 for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ak555 content without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ak555;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in odds or game outcomes caused by circumstances beyond ak555's reasonable control;
• Any loss of funds, winnings, or bonuses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of ak555 in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms limits ak555's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ak555's own negligence.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ak555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment method verification;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Conduct that ak555 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Upon termination for cause, any balance in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Where termination occurs without cause, ak555 will return the PKR balance less any pending withdrawal obligations or bonus fund restrictions.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ak555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ak555 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of ak555 after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
